SHub Classroom is a learning application that helps teachers manage students’ homework more easily. Students’ homework results will be analyzed in detail, from here teachers and parents can closely monitor the students’ learning situation.

Step 1: Register for a SHub Classroom account

Access the link: https://shub.edu.vn or download the SHub Classroom application on your phone. At the main interface, press the button Register to fill in the required information to quickly complete SHub Classroom account registration for both teachers and students.

Step 2: Create a class on SHub Classroom

After successfully logging in to SHub Classroom, press the button Create a class Firstlyhere you will fill in information related to that class, then click the Create button to complete creating a new class on SHub Classroom.

Note: Each class will have an ID consisting of 5 capital letters. You just need to give this ID to the student and they will be able to join class on the SHHub Classroom system.

Step 3: Create exercises

At the class interface you can start creating a class available on the menu bar in section Exercise. Here we can proceed to create exercises for students. When finished creating, press the Finish button.

Tips for using the SHub Classroom application effectively

  • Complete class information: Teachers should create classes, update student lists and clearly divide subjects to easily manage assignments, tests and learning results.
  • Take advantage of the question bank: You can build or select questions that match the lesson objectives, and classify them by topic and level of difficulty for convenience when creating questions.
  • Assign assignments with specific deadlines: When creating an assignment or test, you should clearly set the opening time, due date, and duration of the exam. This helps students proactively organize their time and teachers easily track progress.
  • Exploit AI features: If the version of SHub Classroom being used has AI support, teachers can take advantage of AI to support creating questions, building test content or handling assignment-related work, thereby saving preparation time.
  • Monitor results regularly: Not only looking at scores, teachers should analyze the results of each student and each question to identify the content students are weak in, thereby adjusting their teaching style.
  • Encourage students to be proactive: Instruct students to check assigned assignments, read the requirements carefully, complete them on time, and review the results after submitting to form proactive learning habits.
  • Combine exercises and tests: Don’t just use SHub Classroom to assign tests. Practice, homework, and short assessments can be incorporated to maintain ongoing learning.
  • Check the content again before delivering: Teachers should preview questions, answers, exam time and set access rights to limit errors when students start working.
