HONOR has just officially launched the product line HONOR X9c series in Vietnam, including 2 versions of HONOR X9c and X9c smart. HONOR’s new smartphone line attracts attention with its eye-catching design and focuses on durability, water resistance and heat resistance.

Following the launch of HONOR X9b in January 2024, HONOR has just continued to introduce a new product line in Vietnam. The HONOR X9c This time, it continues to be distributed exclusively at the FPT Shop system. Meanwhile, the HONOR X9c smart Distributed exclusively at Mobile World system.

Anti-fall from a height of up to 2m, water and dust resistant IP65M ​

HONOR X9c series is claimed by HONOR to be resistant to falls from a height of up to 2m and has received a 5-star certification from the Swiss SGS organization for durability. Besides, the device is also equipped with water resistance and heat resistance, operating stably in temperature environments from -30°C up to 55°C.

Another highlight of the HONOR X9c series is the impact-resistant screen HONOR Anti-Drop Display. This technology is claimed by HONOR to be able to absorb impact forces and ensure maximum durability even when falling from a height of 2 meters at any angle. Comes with high-strength tempered glass, uniquely designed with curves that not only optimally protect the edges but also increase overall durability. According to HONOR, the screen’s durability when impacted is improved by up to 166% compared to the previous version.

Another notable detail is that the screens of the HONOR X9c series have a Dynamic Island shaped notch similar to the iPhone 16 Pro, but this notch is smaller.

HONOR X9c meets IP65M water and dust resistance standards (M represents 360° protection from water jets). The device is also upgraded to touch sensitive so it can be operated with wet hands.

The battery is “huge” up to 6,600 mAh but still thin, light, and fashionable​

HONOR X9c is equipped with a “huge” capacity Silicon-carbon battery of up to 6,600mAh. The manufacturer announced that the device can continuously play music for 48.4 hours or watch online videos for 25.8 hours. The device supports HONOR SuperCharge 66W fast charging. Meanwhile, the HONOR X9c smart also has a large 5,800mAh battery and 35W fast charging.

Another notable point is that despite having a “huge” battery, both HONOR X9c and HONOR Perhaps it’s thanks to the new Silicon-carbon battery technology that helps achieve much higher energy density while not increasing the battery size too much.

HONOR X9c measures 7.98mm and weighs 189g, while HONOR X9c smart measures 7.88mm and weighs 193g.

Both run MagicOS 8.0 operating system on Android 14 platform and have 12GB – 256GB memory. HONOR X9c uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, while HONOR X9c smart uses MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra processor.

HONOR X9c and X9c smart are equipped with AI features such as Magic Capsule (multitasking via floating interface) and Parallel Space (creating a private space)

Screen maximum brightness up to 4,000 nit​

HONOR X9c has a 6.78-inch AMOLED curved screen, 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and maximum brightness of 4,000 nits, promising clear display even under bright sunlight. The screen is equipped with PWM Dimming 3840Hz anti-flicker technology and night display mode to protect the eyes.

Meanwhile, the HONOR X9c smart has a 6.8-inch LCD screen, 120Hz refresh rate, 850 nit brightness and Full HD + 2412×1080 resolution.

108MP AI camera​

Both HONOR X9c and HONOR X9c smart have a 108MP main camera with 1/1.67inch sensor and f/1.75 aperture. The camera of the X9c series has 10x zoom capability. Particularly, the HONOR X9c is equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS) technology to support clearer, blur-free photography even in shaking or low light conditions. Both devices have a 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 16MP selfie camera.

Selling prices and incentives​

From January 10 to January 31, HONOR X9c is sold at FPT Shop for 9,490,000 VND, with gifts of HONOR Band 9 and HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X7e headphones. The device has color options of galaxy black – titanium purple – navy blue.

HONOR X9c smart is sold at Mobile World for 7,990,000 VND, with gifts of HONOR Band 9 and HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X5. The device has color options of ocean blue – galaxy black.

Notably, both machines have a 180-day 1-for-1 warranty (if there is a manufacturer error), 24-month warranty and 0% interest installment payment.
