Xiaomi officially launched the online sales website Mi.com in Vietnam
Today, Xiaomi has just announced the launch of the online sales website Mi.com (https://www.mi.com/vn/) in Vietnam. During the first week from January 3-10, this website will be opened for testing to let users get acquainted with the new platform before officially operating with full functionality on January 10, 2025. This is a direct shopping channel operated by Xiaomi.
“The launch of mi.com online store in Vietnam is an important milestone for Xiaomi. The group will bring advanced products closer to customers and enhance the shopping experience. This is a testament to our commitment to innovation and customer-centricity, providing outstanding products and services,” shared Mr. Patrick Chou, General Director of Xiaomi Vietnam.
Website mi.com/vn provides a convenient online shopping space and is a place for Mifans to easily learn about technology products in the Xiaomi ecosystem with just a few clicks. When purchasing directly from Mi.com, customers are assured of product quality and origin, as well as the best support with a flexible return policy.
Currently, the new mi.com/vn site is testing two product groups: phones and TVs. Xiaomi representative said that other product groups in the ecosystem will be gradually added on mi.com/vn in the near future.
In the first month of launching the online sales website in Vietnam, mi.com/vn is offering a number of attractive incentives for Mifans. Specifically, Xiaomi fans can pre-order the upcoming Redmi Note 14 Series and POCO X7 Series in the Vietnamese market with special discount vouchers:
– Redmi Note 14 Series: maximum 200 vouchers worth 500,000 VND, collected from January 3 – January 10, used from January 11 to February 28. When all 500,000 VND vouchers are collected, the system will issue an additional voucher worth 200,000 VND.

A few days ago, Homestore, a Xiaomi agent, also launched the first Xiaomi specialized store in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the address that sells many Xiaomi products from phones, tablets, laptops, headphones, bracelets, smartwatches, game monitors to home appliances (robots, vacuum cleaners, TVs, dehumidifiers, fans) and health care products (electric toothbrushes, smart scales, shavers and massage machines).
