MiSide: Instructions for playing chapter 13

MiSide is a dating simulation game combined with a psychological horror game, in which players will be drawn into a video game. The person who was once your adorable virtual girlfriend can now become the cause of your sudden death. With multiple endings available, the player must either attempt to escape the video game or surrender and stay with Mita forever.

After completing MiSide Chapter 12 – Novels, players will move on to the 13th chapter of the game called Reading Books, Destroying Glitches. Instructions for playing MiSide Chapter 13

After teleporting out of the 2D house, the player will enter Mila’s house. After talking to her initially, try to leave immediately by going out the front door, but encounter a bug that restricts doing this.

Then, head towards the TV in the living room and grab the character tape box on the coffee table.

To escape Mila’s version, gamers need to fix all the bugs in her house. They appear as black holes floating in the room, which can be approached and pressing E to solve puzzles will correct the error.

Before fixing the error, players will want to go off track a bit and find all the defective carrots. Looking at the carrot in the apple bowl will start the hunt. After looking at it here, it will teleport to a new location around the house. Keep searching and find them all:

• In the bowl of apples in the kitchen
• Next to the potted plant on the side table in the bedroom (to the right of the bathroom door)
• On the side table next to the front door in the living room

After finding those three carrots, go and solve the first kitchen bug. To do that, swing your mouse down and then solve the puzzle. Gamers need to move the notches so that the light shines properly and connects to the other side.

When the first error is resolved, Mila will disappear. Go into the bathroom and everyone will see her taking a shower. Walk out of the bathroom and she will follow you out. After she yells at you, go back to the bathroom.

Inside, collect the player’s cartridges on the shelves to the right of the door. Right at the top of the shelf, gamers can also see the next carrot, but cannot get it right now.

Then go back and fix error number two. This requires moving the purple sphere through the bubbles to the end. To do that, drag the sphere over so that it is within the overlap of the two bubbles. Then, click on the purple peg in the next bubble to attach it. Repeat that process to get the ball to the end.

After completing this fix, gamers will need to find Mila again. This time she will be under the kitchen table. Go there and press E to get her out. After talking, players can now grab the last few carrots before solving the next bug.

• In the bathroom on top of the shelf to the right of the door
• In the living room armchair to the left of the bedroom door
• On the kitchen table
• On the bed in the bedroom

After collecting 7 carrots around Mila’s house, everyone will achieve the achievement: Don’t look at me.

Now, players can go back to fix the error. Go into the living room and solve error number three. For this puzzle, people need to arrange each round of shapes correctly. In the middle of each ring there will be a shape that needs to go around the ring. Click a shape, move to the correct ring, then swap it with another shape by pressing M1.

When you complete this puzzle, go back and talk to Mila again. She will hold the katana right in the living room. After talking to her, go into the bedroom so you can solve the final bug puzzle.

Before final settlement, go to the computer desk and look at the Mita statue on the shelf above. It will appear like Chibi Mita instead of its usual appearance.

In this puzzle, move your hand left and right by moving the mouse and try to shoot all the monsters out of the sky. Be careful because they can shoot back at you. Try and use the rectangles to hide behind. They require 2-3 shots to destroy.

After completing this bug puzzle, talk to Mila who is doing push-ups on the other side of the bed. Then, go to the front door and try to leave. Mila will become emotional and the player needs to comfort her. After doing so, head out the door again.
