Step 1: Open the iHanoi application on the device and access the tab Account in the bottom right corner.

Step 2: Enter phone number and password to Log in to your iHanoi account or Log in with VNeID.

Step 3: After redirecting to VNeID application, use Face ID to log in, agree to share information and press Confirm sharing.

Step 4: After successfully logging in to iHanoi, return Home page and click Reflection and recommendations in section Smart urban utilities.

Step 5: Select Reflect the scene.

Step 6: Click the mark button + Create reflections.

Step 7: Complete the requested information (location, title, content, photo/video,…). Everyone can choose make your identity public or not when submitting feedback.

Step 8: Press the button Send feedback (or Stay if you want to save a draft of the reflection).
