Step 1: To do this, we will first Open and log in to your VNeID application account on your phone.

Step 2: At the home page interface of this application, click on the item Administrative procedures.

Step 3: Scroll down the screen to the item Immigration Managerclick on item Issue domestic ordinary passports.

Step 4: Next, please Enter VNeID account password yours.

Step 5: At this time, users need to read the necessary terms as prescribed when applying for an online passport, touching the button Create new request.

Step 6: In the options window at the bottom of the screen, click to select: Issue ordinary passports to people over 14 years old or Issue ordinary passports to children under 14 years old.

Step 7: In the personal information declaration section, click the button Download photos.

• If you renew your passport due to expiration or loss, you need to prepare a photo of the old passport’s personal information page to upload to the system as required.
