Animal Hospital (Animal Hospital) is a horror survival game on ROBLOX that puts you in the role of a veterinarian working the night shift in a haunted animal hospital. Your mission is to examine patients, treat diseases and detect “anomalies” hiding in the guise of cute animals, while trying to survive mysterious and scary shifts.

Anomalies are one of the biggest threats you will face in Animal Hospital. Just let an unusual patient enter the hospital by mistake, and your shift can quickly end. They appear in many different forms, including abnormalities that are only revealed through photos or CCTV cameras instead of their normal appearance.

Memorizing all types of anomalies is the best way to protect your patients and keep your Sanity stat from deteriorating.

Wide Eyes and Creepy Smile	Appearance	Unusually large eyes and a creepy smile.
Human Teeth	Appearance	The patient has human teeth instead of animal teeth.
Mismatched Eyes and Sharp Teeth	Appearance	The two eyes glow but are misaligned, one eye is higher than the other and reveals sharp teeth. The patient’s head sometimes even rotates according to your movements, making the behavior even more bizarre.
Different Eyes	Photo	Only realized when you took a photo of the patient. The eyes in the photo are not the same as the patient in real life. The differences are sometimes very small, such as the lack of pupils or the appearance of extra eyelids
Different Ears	Photo	Only realized when you took a photo of the patient. The ear in the photo is different from the patient’s real ear, including the shape and size of the ear.
Incorrect Photo	Photo	The photo shows a completely different animal or appearance, including a different color, pattern, or even species.
Unnatural Photo	Photo	The photo contains distorted, blurred facial features, a scary smile, and unusually distorted details while in reality the patient’s appearance is completely normal.
Static Photo	Photo	The image is covered with noise, signaling an anomaly.
Cursed Photo	Photo	Picking up an image before it has finished processing will reduce Sanity. Therefore, always wait for the photo to finish processing before picking it up.
Censored Eyes	CCTV	The eyes are covered with a black bar on the security camera.
Unnatural Body	CCTV	The body is stretched or distorted when viewed via CCTV. The strange thing is that this distorted shape can change each time you reopen the camera, for example being too long, too wide or unusually twisted.
Hollow Face	CCTV	The hollow face only appears when viewed through the camera.
Staring at Cameras	CCTV	Normally the patient would look towards the reception desk, but this patient always looked straight at the surveillance camera no matter how the camera moved.
Void Bodies	CCTV	The patient’s entire body turns completely black, without any details remaining.
Skinwalker	CCTV	The monstrous shape-shifting creature only appears on CCTV cameras.
Mismatched Ears or Eyes	CCTV	This is considered one of the CCTV anomalies. The face on the camera is different from the real patient. Compare the patient’s eyes and ears at the reception desk first, then switch to the waiting room camera for comparison.
Black Eyes	CCTV	The patient or visitor’s face is covered by a black bar with human eyes staring back at you.
Camera Twitching	CCTV	Seizures only appear when observed via CCTV. If you switch the camera continuously, it’s easy to miss because the twitching movements happen very quickly.
Disguised Shapeshifter / Skinwalker	CCTV	The patient looked normal in real life but only revealed his full appearance on camera after arriving at the check-in area. Waiting room cameras are the best viewing angles to detect transformations, while check-in cameras can sometimes obscure important details.
