ClassPoint is an interactive educational tool integrated directly into Microsoft PowerPoint, helping teachers turn ordinary lectures into lively and engaging learning experiences. With ClassPoint, teachers can create multiple-choice questions, short questions, fill-in questions, surveys and interactive activities right on the slide without needing to switch to other software. Students can participate in responses by phone, tablet or computer via the classroom code. A highlight of ClassPoint is the ability to display live results, helping teachers quickly assess the level of understanding and adjust teaching methods. In addition, the tool also supports gamification of lessons with a reward point system, rankings and badges, creating learning motivation for students. ClassPoint is especially useful in online and face-to-face classes, contributing to increased interaction, encouraging students to actively participate and improving teaching effectiveness.

Basic troubleshooting guide
ClassPoint is not in PowerPoint’s tab
If you don’t see the ClassPoint tab in PowerPoint, go to it File > Options > Add-Ins. In Add-Inseveryone can see Inactive Application Add-Ins.
Here, find it Inknoe ClassPoint and check the box and click OK. The ClassPoint tab will now appear at the top of the screen.
ClassPoint is not in the Add-Ins list
If ClassPoint cannot be found in the Add-Ins list, it means ClassPoint is not installed properly. A common reason is that the .NET Framework version is outdated. Everyone should download and install the latest .Net Framework Runtime (or at least 4.7.2) and try installing ClassPoint again.
Class code is not displayed
If you go to full-screen PowerPoint presentation mode and see the ClassPoint toolbar, but don’t see the class code in the top right corner of the presentation, it may be because the .NET Framework is out of date. Try reinstalling the latest version like the above fix.
