The only way to get Monster Magnet is to craft it through the Shark Hunter NPC. Shark Hunter is an NPC Shop located on Tiki Outpost island in the Third Sea. First, players must unlock the Monster Magnet crafting recipe.
To do that, everyone must talk to Shark Hunter and craft two items, Terror Jaw and Shark Tooth Necklace.
