According to Microsoft’s “2024 Work Trends Index” report, 64% of the world’s employees are struggling with the pressure to keep up with the pace and volume of work. With the exponential increase in emails and meetings, 70% of employees expect AI to help them reduce their burden so they can focus more on creative and strategic work.

The report also points out that 88% of knowledge workers in Vietnam are currently using generative AI at work.
