Should I roll Herta, Aglaea, or other characters?

HSR 3.0 version has many new characters as well as outstanding reruns, but which characters are worth investing in Ngoc Anh Sao to roll?

Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 will have a total of 8 character banners throughout this version. It can be said that Lingsha is the perfect combination of the strengths of Huohuo and Luocha, making her an extremely flexible choice for any team. If you are looking for a reliable sustained support character in banner 3.0, Lingsha is the top priority.

2. Robin

Robin stands out as a support thanks to his unique Skill that increases the number of actions for the entire team. Not only that, in the Ultimate Technique state, each ally’s attack will trigger additional physical damage from Robin. She also brings a long-term advantage to the team through the ability to increase base damage for 3 turns and increase critical rate for allies. With high efficiency in saving skill points, Robin is the ideal choice for players who are building the next attack squad in phase 2 of banner 3.0.

3. Feixiao

Feixiao has established himself as one of the top single-target damage dealers, on par with Acheron. She stands out with her Ultimate Technique that has the ability to quickly recharge, especially effective in subsequent attack formations. It is worth noting that Feixiao’s Ultimate Technique can ignore the enemy’s Endurance, along with the ability to deal huge damage. This is a great DPS option that is especially friendly to F2P players.

4. The Herta

Among the characters of the Knowledge destiny, Herta stands out as a character with huge damage potential if built properly. However, her power depends heavily on having another Erudition character on the team – currently only Jade takes on this role, making squad options limited. Although Herta appears weak in single-target battles, she is extremely strong when facing multiple enemies at once. However, with limitations on squad selection, Herta may not be a top priority in banner 3.0.

5. Aglaea

As the first DPS character in the Memory destiny, Aglaea will appear in phase 2 of HSR 3.0. She possesses a unique skill set with the ability to increase speed after each attack, allowing for multiple turns in a row when built properly. However, because the Remembrance path is still quite new in the current meta, Aglaea’s true strength still needs time to be confirmed. 6. Jade

With the ability to deal damage and support not really outstanding, Jade is only really effective in the Tri Thuc squad – a destiny that is considered not really strong at the present time.

7. Boothill

Stands out as a single-target armor-breaking DPS with high damage potential in certain situations. However, to maximize his power, he needs support from Ruan Mei or Fugue. With more complex controls and the presence of stronger DPS characters like Feixiao in the current banner, Boothill should probably just be a backup choice for the DPS position in your squad.

8. Silver Wolf

Serving as the talented hacker of the Stellaron Hunters, Silver Wolf was once an indispensable character thanks to his unique ability to apply weaknesses to enemies based on the formation of allies. However, with the appearance of many new characters that do not rely on weakness mechanics or apply their own damage types, her influence has decreased significantly. Despite this, Silver Wolf still holds a unique position as an effective debuffer, especially with its ability to inflict weakness through basic attacks.
