Joining RRQ and fighting at VCT Pacific, the male player not only became the pride of Vietnamese fans but also showed that his class is increasingly improving each season.

Although RRQ soon stopped and missed the opportunity to compete directly in his hometown at VCT Pacific Stage 1 Finals: Ho Chi Minh, Crazyguy still decided to visit Vietnam with his teammates as a guest. The appearance of the male player quickly made the Vietnamese VALORANT community extremely excited, especially when this was a rare opportunity for domestic fans to meet him on an international stage right in Ho Chi Minh City.

On Friday afternoon (May 15), RRQ members officially “landed” in Ho Chi Minh and then had a small exchange with Vietnamese fans. According to this player, if compared to many previous big stages or even the most recent tournament he participated in, held in Korea, Vietnam is absolutely not inferior, even more spectacular in some aspects.

The male player was especially impressed with the lighting system and the opening intro, which was heavily invested in Vietnamese culture but still retained the modern colors of an international Esports tournament. Crazyguy believes that these details have made foreign audiences have more sympathy and a clearer sense of Vietnamese identity.

When asked about the situation of VCT Pacific Stage 1, Crazyguy also made quite interesting predictions. According to him, Paper Rex is the best candidate for the championship thanks to its stable performance and familiar mutant playing style. The male player believes that PRX will take the throne at Stage 1 this year.

Meanwhile, Crazyguy highly appreciated Full Sense’s performance. He believes that the Thai representative is in extremely good form and is fully capable of finishing in second place. The remaining name mentioned by Crazyguy is Global Esports with a prediction of the final top 3.

As for RRQ, the Vietnamese player said that the whole team is currently entering a break period after a series of stressful competitions. However, that does not mean that RRQ “relaxes” completely. According to Crazyguy, the team is still actively researching and preparing for the new meta before Stage 2 kicks off.

Notably, when asked if RRQ felt pressured by the individuals who were competing so explosively in Stage 1, Crazyguy appeared extremely confident. He affirmed that RRQ also has its own “superstars” and that the team is not “anti” or afraid of any name.
