Riversong Motive 9 Max in hand: smartwatch 2 million VND with beautiful screen, good calls | GameHov

I just had about a week to experience the new smartwatch from the smart goods brand Riversong, which also recently entered the Vietnamese market.

Despite such a low price, Motive 9 Max has all the basic functions of today’s smartwatches. This watch can track activity, receive calls from the watch, receive notifications from phone applications, measure heart rate, measure blood oxygen index and monitor sleep.

Regarding design, This watch looks like a traditional watch with a zinc alloy body and stainless steel strap. The design of Motive 9 Max looks strong, the finishing is neat and the copper body is quite thin, light and comfortable to wear.

The watch also has IP68 water and dust resistance and the watch face is protected by tempered glass to limit scratches. In addition to the stainless steel strap, the product also has an included silicone strap. The silicone strap provides a comfortable wearing feeling but the quality is only average, not as neat as the stainless steel strap.

Motive 9 Max has a 1.43 inch AMOLED touch screen Beautiful color display, notification content from the phone application is sharp and bright enough to see clearly in the sun. This screen can adjust brightness to save power and has Always On mode to display the time.

The touch controls on the watch are quite smooth, showing that both the touch quality and processing performance of the watch are good. This is something I was quite surprised by because some of the cheap smartwatches I have experienced in the past often had slow, not-so-smooth performance.

In the function of smartwatchI think Motive 9 Max has some significant plus points. First, the call receiving function on the watch is very good, the caller’s voice can be heard clearly in an office environment and the recipient on the other side can also hear clearly. This shows that both the speaker and the built-in microphone can meet the needs of calling and listening right on the wrist.

The second plus point is the heart rate measurement and blood oxygen index results. I tried to compare and found that Motive 9 Max has similar heart rate and blood oxygen index results to the Apple Watch Ultra. However, the speed of measuring both of these indicators of Motive 9 Max is not as fast as Apple’s watch.

Another thing I like about this watch is that the quality of step counting and calorie counting is reliable, similar to the results from the Garmin Forerunner 265 I use every day. The watch does not have the phenomenon of miscounting steps when I ride a motorbike or car, a problem I have previously seen with some cheap bracelets and smartwatches. Besides, Motive 9 Max also supports tracking many sports. But in activity tracking mode, the watch does not regularly measure heart rate in real time to warn the user in case the heart rate exceeds the threshold.

Battery time is also a plus significantly more. Motive 9 Max can actually be used for 6 days before needing to be charged in the context of receiving notifications from many applications on the phone from Zalo, Messenger to messages, Gmail and calls. The built-in battery in this watch has a fairly large capacity of 300 mAh.

About the applicationMotive 9 Max can connect to Android phones and iPhones through the RiversongFit Connect application. This application has a Vietnamese interface and has a rich watch face store with more than 100 different watch faces. Users can track detailed information on the app such as exercise results, heart rate and sleep data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Overall, at a price of 2 million VND, Riversong Motive 9 Max makes a good impression with its design, beautiful screen quality, heart rate and blood oxygen sensors for results similar to the Apple Watch Ultra, making calls clearly. and basic dynamic movement tracking. However, this is not a suitable product for people who need to closely monitor their movements, especially needing warnings about heart rate exceeding the threshold because this watch’s heart rate sensor does not operate in real time.
