How to integrate Driver’s License into VNeID

Driving license aka License is a type of license issued by a state agency or competent authority to a person to allow that person to operate, circulate, and participate in traffic by motor vehicle. Therefore, a driver’s license is a document that traffic participants must always carry. Integrating the driver’s license into VNeID will make it more convenient for everyone to use.

Open VNeID > select tab Document wallet > click Information integration > Create a new request > select Driving license in section Select information > Enter complete and accurate information > Send request.

Step 1: Open the VNeID application on your device and click on the tab Document wallet.

Step 2: Select Information integration in the menu and press the button Create new request.

Step 3: In section Ltype of informationtouch Select information to choose Driving license or Health insurance card.

Step 4: Enter the number on the driver’s license into the field License number.

Step 5: In section Classchoose one of the corresponding driving license classes.

Step 6: After entering complete and accurate information, press the button Send request. The sent request will appear in the menu Information integration and it will take some time to test and confirm.

How to integrate Vehicle Registration into VNeID

Vehicle registration certificates are provided to vehicle owners to ensure that all road vehicles have national vehicle registration, are also used as a form of law enforcement and to facilitate Change ownership when buying and selling a vehicle.

Vehicle registration is an important document issued by the State to vehicle owners to prove property rights and is a basis for vehicle owners to exercise their rights.

Besides the driver’s license, vehicle registration is also a necessary document to carry when participating in traffic.

Open VNeID > select tab Document wallet > click Information integration > select Create a new request > press Select information > select Vehicle registration > Enter completely and accurately Frame number and License plate number > press the button Send request.

Detailed instructions

Step 1: Access VNeID on your phone, open the tab Document wallet and click Information integration.

Step 2: Press the button Create new request and touch Select information. Then choose Vehicle registration from the list of documents.

Step 3: Choose 1 of 2 Vehicle type To be Motorcycles, motorbikes or Car.

Step 4: Enter completely and accurately the 2 types of required information: Frame number and License plate number according to the paper vehicle registration. Note that everyone only needs to seamlessly enter the license plate number, no need to add special characters. Vie example: license plate number is 29-F1 001.23 then just enter 29F100123 Go to License Plate section.

Then, check the box I confirm the above information is correct. Finally, press the button Send request after checking and ensuring the information is accurate.

After completing the request to integrate vehicle registration into VNeID, a notification will appear Request sent successfully will appear. The system will send the information provided by the user to look up for approval before displaying it on the application.

After the integration request is approved, users can directly view their vehicle registration in VNeID without needing to carry a hard copy of the vehicle registration. The process of waiting for request approval can be quite long, taking several months, but will certainly be completed if the information provided by the user is accurate. Therefore, people do not need to worry when they see that the request to integrate vehicle registration and driver’s license into their VNeID has been made a long time ago but has not been approved and is not displayed in the application.

How to present your driver’s license and register your vehicle on VNeID

To check the progress of integrating personal document information on VNeID, everyone needs Open the VNeID application > tab access Document wallet > select Information integration.

After that, information about the types of documents the user requires to integrate will appear below. Documents approved for display on the application will be marked as Approved.

After documents are approved for integration and display on VNeID, people can present them using this application. To present your driver’s license and vehicle registration integrated in VNeID, follow the steps below.
