How to play all modes in Roblox Knockout game
Knockout is an attractive PvP mini game on ROBLOX, where players control penguins, aiming to knock opponent penguins off the map and become the last survivor on the gradually shrinking ice arena.
Understand clearly how each internal mode works Knockout will help you easily win and earn more Ice to use. Although the current number of modes is not too large, determining who is a teammate and how to vote to choose a mode can sometimes be confusing.
This article will help you understand each game mode, how to choose a game mode and some useful tips.
Game modes in Knockout game
Initially, Knockout only had one mode and one map. After that, the game added new modes such as 2 Teams, Juggernaut.
Before each match starts, you will have a few short seconds to vote on the mode for the next round.
If you want to vote, press the mode button at the top of the screen between rounds. Then, the game will display the maps one by one and choose one. The mode that receives the most votes will have a higher probability of appearing.
FFA mode
FFA stands for Free For All (free solo play): You don’t need to worry about knocking your teammates away. As long as you are the last penguin standing, you will win and receive additional rewards.
Gamers can choose to play proactively, continuously defeating opponents, or play safe defense by dodging. Both strategies are effective, but if you successfully defeat another player, you will receive additional rewards.
If you are short on Ice to buy skin-opening eggs, you can check the Knockout Codes page to get rewards like skins, spins or currency.
2 Teams mode
In this mode, the entire server is divided into two teams. You will have to coordinate with teammates. If you don’t know who is on your team, there are two ways to find out:
Look at the line of sight and the movement force of your teammates.
Each penguin has an arrow on its head with its team color (red or blue).
In 2 Teams, teamwork is the key factor. The game needs to pay attention to the direction of movement of teammates to avoid unnecessary collisions. On maps with narrow passages like Penguin Peak or Polar Portals, blocking the bridge can be a big advantage.
Juggernaut Mode
In this mode, all players will form a team to fight a special player who controls a giant penguin.
Unlike 2 Teams, you cannot see the aiming direction of your previous teammate. This makes coordination more difficult, even though Juggernaut is already at a disadvantage.
If you fight against Juggernaut, you will not receive Ice if you are eliminated before Juggernaut is defeated. However, this is still a popular mode to “farm” victory and Ice if the match ends quickly.
If you play as Juggernaut, your mission is to overwhelm all other players without pushing yourself off the map.
