Age of Mythology: Fall of the Trident – Chapter I Part 2

When Arkantos and Ajax set foot on IOKLOS, what welcomes them is not a prosperous atmosphere in the city, but the color of the gloomy gloom. Around the house of the building was burned, everywhere was empty without a shadow. An old man came from, when he saw the group of Arkantos screamed “the wounds” and tried to escape. Ajax denied his words, saying that he was the Greek army who had just returned from the Troy citadel. The old man thanked Zeus, then explained the situation here. After the Greek troops at Ioklos arrived at Troy, a bunch of robbers came from to attack. They forced people to be prisoners, including Chiron, the head of the city. Arkantos and Ajax said goodbye to the old man, then continued to move forward.

Just walking for a while, the two caught a militia running away from the bandits. The soldier stopped in front of the two of them, and said that if he wanted to save the hostage, he had to go to the western road. After saying that, he continued to run away, leaving the robbery for Arkantos and Ajax. After resolving the pursuit, the duo went in the direction that the militia pointed. Along the way, they encounter strange creatures. Those are the poisonous spraying, with wings covered with feathers called Wadjet. After solving the snakes, Ajax and Arkantos broke the first prison, successfully saving a group of Sagittarius. But Chiron was not in this group, until he asked him to know he was being detained by the robbery within their base.

With the help of Sagittarius, the Arkantos duo quickly attacked the remaining prisons, liberating the prisoners. When everyone in the city was released, they said the robbers were trying to destroy the works. Without delay, Arkantos immediately brought troops deep into the fortress of the enemy. With existing resources, plus the supplemented army through the occupied works, Chiron and the city were finally liberated. But another problem arises. After Ioklos was released, there were still many other prisoners who have not been saved. Arkantos asked Chiron on their situation. He replied that the robbery was led by one named Kemsyt, and they took the remaining prisoners to the north to work hard to serve something. Arkantos ordered Ajax to prepare resources from the boat and local residents, and Chiron led them to the north.

The army of three people walked for a while, then stopped by a towering wall. Chiron said that he had passed this road many times, but never saw that wall before. Arkantos guessed that the robbers were the one behind this and offered to share it to investigate. He and Chiron led a group of troops to the right, the rest and Ajax went to the left.

After passing the enemy’s defense, the two armies finally gathered together. The two sides smashed the fortress of the bandits and saved the hostages. But from the high hill, Gargarensis appeared and warned Arkantos. Cyclop threatens that if he continues to follow, not only himself, but both Atlantis and Kastor will have to bear the consequences. After saying that, he went into the tunnel, followed by a rain of meteorite to kill all Arkantos soldiers around. The Arkantos trio immediately chased.

When inside, Arkantos felt something very strange. From the fortress in the remote rural areas, to the deep hole, the place they were standing, and the Cyclop name knew how to call rain to attack people, all were not the same as the characteristics of a normal robbery at all. Chiron looked around, then quickly realized that all three were under Erebus. Suddenly there was a loud noise. Everyone moved towards the canyon, resulting in a giant gate that was attacked by Cyclop with a shaft of Cong Thanh wooden shaft. Although he did not know what was going on, the instinct told the Admiral that if the Cyclop name was the one behind this, then their task was not to let it open. The three of them immediately called for more reinforcements, then pulled troops to attack the wooden shaft. With the help of some hellish creatures such as Nemean and Medusa lion, Arkantos’s army successfully kept the gate forever closed. But Gargarensis came, he said there were still a lot of roads to Tartarus, then called out a landslide sealed from the escape tunnel from Erebus.

Trapped, Ajax looked at the pile of rocks and sighed that it would take a lifetime to dig if he wanted to return to the world. But Arkantos thought differently. Before causing earthquakes, Gargarensis said that there were many lines to go to the underwear, which means that the exit is similar. Suddenly a few strange creatures fly. Realizing it was Erebus’s ghost, Chiron asked them to escape from this place. The residents of the government said that in order to escape this lonely place, the Arkantos group needs to collect three saints and place them at the temple of the gods. After following as instructed, Chiron told Arkantos to choose one of the gods, because they had favored him. Not to say also know Arkantos will choose Poseidon without hesitation. But surprisingly, the god did not respond. The wise Sagittarius told him to try with Zeus, resulting in a towering staircase appearing, helping people to escape from hell.

While the Admiral and his people were leaving the Yin Yin, Gargarensis was on the boat with Kamos. Niu Nhan hurriedly because the plan to open the gate has failed. But Cyclop scolded him again as his fault, when he did not kill Arkantos while the opportunity was right before his eyes.

Kamos asked what would be if Arkantos got out of Erebus. Gargarensis said that when the Supreme One was liberated, he pulled the troops to Egypt to prevent him like dreaming in the daytime. Among the Egyptian gods, only Osiris was able to do it, but Kemsyt revealed that the evil spirit set to the eye. The name Minotaur heard was extremely excited, he vowed to make Arkantos pay the price once escaping from Erebus. Gargarensis hopes he will not leave there, because Poseidon is currently looking forward to the children’s children returning with the supreme power, and no one of Atlantis is allowed to hinder that desire.
