Wizard Chronicle officially “landed” on December 3
FAIRY TAIL: Wizard Chronicle opens up a completely new story chapter, built specifically for the mobile world so you can take it with you.
This December, if you have ever “lived” with the crazy magicians of the FAIRY TAIL guild – where friendship conquers all dark magic, where Natsu Dragneel roars “I am Salamander!” amidst the flames – then prepare yourself for a reunion not to be missed.
Imagine: you open the game FAIRY TAIL: Wizard Chronicle, and a map of the world of Fairy Tail appears with familiar landmarks – from the guild hall bustling with laughter, to the ancient Kardia tower, to the spooky forests where the S-Class Quest lurks. But this time, everything is cleverly “chibiized”: Tiny Natsu still breathes red fire, Erza is petite but still changes dozens of armors in the blink of an eye, Gray… still “undresses” like an immutable habit, and Lucy summons cute mini versions of Celestial Spirits.
The chibi design doesn’t just stop at “cute”, but also takes care of every detail: colorful skill effects, smooth animations, and even facial expressions that change according to the battle situation – from elation when winning big to “distorted faces” when betrayed by the boss.
The exclusive plot of FAIRY TAIL: Wizard Chronicle is the biggest “gem” that GOODROID proudly boasts. Not based on any arc in the original manga or 100 Years Quest sequel anime, Wizard Chronicle takes you into a parallel timeline: a mysterious “magic gap” appears between the kingdoms, causing legendary wizards from the past to be pulled into the present in chibi form.

Your mission? Collect over 80 iconic characters – from the original Natsu team to rare members like Gildarts, Laxus, Mirajane in Satan Soul form, or even once-fleeting supporting characters like Elfman, Cana, Juvia – and train them to fill the hole before it consumes the world.
Each character not only has signature skills (Fire Dragon’s Roar, Ice-Make: Lance, Requip: Heaven’s Wheel…), but also possesses “link skills” when standing in a team: for example, Natsu + Gray activates the “Uni-son Raids” combo to create a swirling ice-fire, or Erza + Lucy opens up “Armor of the Celestial Maiden” that combines armor and spirits.
Gameplay is idle but not boring. You can let your squad fight 24/7, collect resources even when offline, but if you want to “play for real”, the mini-game system will keep you glued to the screen. There is a “Dragon Slayer Training” mini-game where you control Natsu to dodge a chibi version of Igneel’s attacks; there is a “Requip Fashion Show” that helps Erza try on clothes and receive permanent buffs; There’s even a “Celestial Spirit Casino” where Lucy and her friends gamble with spirits to exchange for rare items.
A small but extremely “nice” detail in the game FAIRY TAIL: Wizard Chronicle is the background music remixed by the anime’s original studio, with the remix of “Snow Fairy” chibi piano version at the opening, and “Masayume Chasing” rock version when entering the boss battle. The sound of magical collision, Natsu’s roar “Karyū no Hokō!”, Erza’s “Requip!” – all are newly recorded, so sharp that you feel like you are watching anime on Netflix, not playing a mobile game.
In short, FAIRY TAIL: Wizard Chronicle is not just a regular gacha idle game, but a “living museum” for all Hiro Mashima followers. Will you build the “classic Team Natsu” squad to refresh your memories, or challenge yourself with the “Dark Mage Squad” consisting of Zeref, chibi Acnologia and strategic Mavis? Will 720 spins help you immediately own “Ultimate Wizard Team” to show off to your friends? All will be answered at 0:00 on December 3.
