Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 has just released the Amphoreus update, taking players to the mysterious Eternal Land. Here, the godlike Titans battle, while the Descendants of Chrysos search for their core fire to fulfill an ancient prophecy. Notably, in the mission’The Night, Gently Covers the Tranquility of the Past‘, the Explorer suddenly entered a strange memory – where the Stellaron Hunters completely replaced the Astral Fleet.

This event triggered countless questions about the future of the storyline. Is this a real memory? Was the Explorer once a member of the Stellaron Hunters, or is this a sign of their future fate? Although there is no exact answer yet, let’s analyze the existing clues.

Unexpectedly deep connection

For those who closely follow the plot, it is no longer strange for the Explorer and the Hunter of Stellaron to cooperate throughout the Xianzhou Luofu and Penacony chapters. However, the role of Kafka and Silver Wolf in creating the Explorer opens up many notable questions.

From the first moments, even without memory of the past, the Explorer still recognized Kafka. In particular, the way Kafka converses with them bears the mark of longtime teammates. Could it be that the Explorer was once part of the Stellaron Hunters, and that it was Elio’s scenario that led to Kafka and the Silver Wolf turning themselves into Stellaron vessels?

Clues From The Journey This theory becomes even more convincing when looking at how Kafka and Blade helped the Explorer become a hero at both Xianzhou Luofu and Penacony. They seem to be intentionally creating a strong network of allies for the Explorers. Notably, Kafka once warned that these allies will be essential in the future – but for what purpose? This question remains open.

Memory: real or virtual?

The authenticity of Stellaron the Hunter’s memories is controversial. During the mission, although the Explorer calls it a “memory that never happened”, there are signs to the contrary. Most important is its connection to Fuli – the Aeon of Memory.

When Mem connects with Memory and unlocks this destiny for the Explorer, the images that appear are all drawn from Fuli’s power. The characteristic of Memory is to always record and preserve history authentically. Therefore, what Mem creates must be the most accurate reflection of the Explorer’s past. Unlike the distorted memories that often come from the influence of the Mystic, things related to Fuli are always highly authentic.

Elio – The missing piece of the puzzle

Elio – the mysterious leader of the Stellaron Hunters – is the one who writes the script that every member follows. However, this character has never appeared in the plot or any trailers, making his true identity a big mystery.

A bold hypothesis arises: is the Explorer really Elio? After completing the ‘Scenario’, he may have asked Kafka to transform himself into a Stellaron vessel. This would explain both the Explorer’s history with the Stellaron Hunters and the continued support they receive in the game.

Going even further, another theory suggests that Akivili – the Aeon who died in the accident and was worshiped by the Nameless – may be part of the same entity as Elio and the Explorer. This would explain the Explorer’s deep connection to both factions. However, this is still just a guess, there is not enough evidence from the plot to confirm that Akivili and Elio are one and the same.
