Milestone just released a new trailer for Screamerintroduces in detail the game modes in the racing world – fighting the dark future of the game.
Screamer will be officially released on March 26, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, with Early Access starting on March 23, 2026.
+ Story and mode “The Tournament”
“The Tournament” mode plays a single-player campaign, revolving around the largest underground race in history.
Players will face off against five rival racing teams, each consisting of three racers with distinct styles, stories, and motivations.
All vehicles are equipped with Echo System – exclusive technology that allows attack and defense directly on the track.
Each group of characters has their own vehicle design and style, expressing the identity of each team.
As players progress in the tournament, players will “unlock” interwoven storylines through cinematic cutscenes, with an international cast including Troy Baker and Aleks Le, bringing Milestone’s signature cinematic quality.

In addition to “The Tournament”, Screamer There are also a series of unique racing modes that combine high speed and tactical combat:
1. Team Races
- Allows players to form teams of 2–3 people.
- Winning is not only based on rank but also counts the number of opponents defeated (KO), encouraging coordinated tactics and smart attacks.
2. Overdrive Challenge
- Mode for adventurous players.
- Overdrive state – increasing maximum power for the vehicle – activates from the beginning.

- Inspired by classic arcade games, players are required to score maximum points through a series of tracks by performing tricks, combos, or destroying their opponents’ cars.
- The leaderboard updates the total score after each turn.
4. Time Attack & Checkpoint
- Time Attack: Race three high-speed laps to achieve the best time.
- Checkpoints: Players must continuously race past time points, every second is a battle for survival on the racetrack.
5. Race Mode
- Allows players full freedom to customize game rules, number of rounds, and win conditions, providing maximum freedom in race settings.

+ Multiplayer mode (Multiplayer)
Screamer Fully supports online and local modes, satisfying all competitive styles:
- Ranked Team Races: Official ranking mode for professional (hardcore) players.
- Private Lobbies: create private rooms, customize rules, invite friends directly.
- Mixtapes: Playlist includes many different modes.
