Mafia: The Old Country has added the Man of Honor story expansion – Game News

2K and Hangar 13 just officially announced Man of Honorthe first story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country. The DLC will release on August 14 and continue the journey of main character Enzo Favara after the events of the original game.

According to the developer, Mafia The Old Country Man of Honor will add two completely new story chapters, while expanding the content of Free Ride mode with many never-before-seen challenges and areas.

Background of Man of Honor took place in Sicily in the winter of 1905.

After months of serving the Torrisi crime family since officially joining the organization, Enzo Favara has proven his loyalty and competence. That’s why Don Torrisi decided to give Enzo and Cesare a special mission.

According to the DLC description:

“Set in Sicily in the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara proves himself a trustworthy member of the Torrisi crime family in the months following his induction.”

“Now, Don Torrisi assigns him and Cesare the task of assisting Ennio Salieri, an honorable man who has just been released from prison and is determined to reclaim what is his.”

While accompanying Salieri, Enzo will continue to be drawn deeper into the volatile underworld of the Valle Dorata region.

“Alongside Salieri, Enzo is drawn deeper into the volatile underworld of Valle Dorata, where loyalties are tested, debts are settled, and every decision has consequences.”

According to Hangar 13, Mafia The Old Country Man of Honor will expand on a period not previously mentioned in the original game, focusing on Enzo’s time at the height of his career as a soldato of the Torrisi family.

Two new chapters will bring:

• New areas to explore.
• New weapons.
• New vehicle.
• New Charms system.
• Extensive story missions about Enzo and Salieri.

Developer description:

“Enzo’s story continues with two new chapters, including all-new environments, weapons, vehicles and Charms.”

“These chapters explore a never-before-revealed period during Enzo’s peak as a soldato.”

Besides the story, the DLC also adds new content to Free Ride mode.

Here, players will team up with Salieri to take on a series of new challenges described as significantly more difficult than existing activities.

According to 2K:

“Salieri will serve as mission giver for the new Free Ride operations, challenges designed to test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi.”

Completing these challenges will help players unlock new collectibles as well as explore many locations that have never appeared in the game.

By continuing to expand on Enzo Favara’s journey and introducing the character of Ennio Salieri, Mafia The Old Country Man of Honor promises to bring many remarkable contents to fans Mafia: The Old Country when the DLC is officially released on August 14.
