Open the application eNetViet > click Retrieved/forgot password > touch Agree in the confirmation window > compose the message according to the syntax EVN send 8079 to retrieve your password.

Step 1: Open the eNetViet application on the device and click Retrieved/forgot password in the login interface.

Step 2: Click the button Agree in the password confirmation window.

Step 3: The user will be redirected to Message with the prepared eNetViet password recovery syntax: EVN send 8079. At this point, just press send icon to request a password reset.

Finally, wait for the system to send you a new eNetViet password and open the application to log in again with your phone number.
