Step 1: Open the Zoom desktop app to host a new meeting or join an ongoing virtual session.
Step 2: Once in the Zoom session, find the option Share Screen in the meeting controls.
Step 3: Click Share Screen. A pop-up will appear with options Basic, Advanced, Files and Apps.
Basic
- Screen: Share the entire screen so participants can see all activities on the device.
