Threads sets itself apart from other social networking channels for many reasons, but the main reason is: Threads is oriented to become an open social network in the (near) future. Threads is available for iOS and Android, and the app’s interface is similar to Twitter. How to use Threads on PC

Using social media apps on smartphones can be addictive and ineffective. So, if you want to see what your Threads friends are doing on your PC, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the web version of Instagram and go to the profile of the person whose Threads you want to see.

Step 2: Click Threads icon on Instagram profile to visit their latest Threads page.

If people don’t see the Threads icon on their profile, they can also enter the link threads.net/@user_name Click your web browser’s URL bar to access someone’s Threads on the web.

Step 3: That person’s Threads profile will now open for the user to scroll and view Threads posted by friends. Alternatively, click Threads to expand further and read the replies therein.

Click Threads icon at the top center of the website will activate dark mode.

Step 4: People can also share Threads from the web by clicking three dots icon next to that Threads. Continue choosing Copy link and paste that link into the app people choose to share with.

While using this method to access Threads on the web seems fun and easy, it can also be frustrating as it has the following limitations:

• Cannot view old Threads from someone.
• Threads cannot be liked.
• Cannot comment.
• Threads cannot be shared to your Story or Instagram feed.
