How to turn off automatic saving of screenshots of Snipping Tool
The Snipping Tool has its own set of settings to control how screenshots are saved, but players can only access these settings after taking a screenshot.
Step 1: Search Snipping Tool in the Windows search bar, then open the app. If you haven’t changed Windows 11’s default settings, you can also press the key Prt Sc to quickly start the tool.
Step 2: The Snipping Tool toolbar will appear with the capture area selector. Drag and drop to select the area you want to capturethe editing window will appear immediately afterwards.
