Join Empyrean training

To start the mission, you must unlock Sea 2 in Sailor Piece and teleport to Blue Planet. Now head towards the NPC that summoned the Spirit Warrior, and on the opposite side you will find the Empyrean Trainer. Press E to interact with NPCs and begin Goku’s mission in Sailor Piece.
