Observation Haki V2 is an upgraded version of the V1 ability and comes with many unique enhancements and skills. With this new ability, you will receive the following enhanced effects:

Reduces dodge cooldown by 10 seconds. Your evasion ability will be fully restored within 40 seconds.
Blurred vision is significantly reduced.
The detection range of surrounding enemies has been increased.
Dash speed will increase by 50% during combat.
Allows you to see what moves the enemy is preparing to perform.
When you hold an item, it will appear dark, not allowing enemies to guess what move you are preparing.

To get XP for Observation Haki v1, you need to dodge attacks. Each dodged attack is equivalent to 1 XP, so you will need to dodge 5,000 attacks. This will take a lot of time, so make sure to dodge attacks as often as possible!

Complete your citizen’s duties

The first thing you want to do is go to Floating Turtle Island in Third Sea. Inside the town and next to the Mansion, is a Citizen NPC with “Quest” above his head. The first mission is to kill 50 pirates in the jungle and the next mission is to defeat the boss Captain Elephant, who is found just outside of town.

Both of these quests need to be completed before the Citizen can help you with what you need. This Citizen will then tell you about a secret treasure the captain has hidden on the island. Inside that secret warehouse is the Musketeer’s Hat, which will be a required item later.

To get this secret treasure, you must destroy the wall in front of the entrance to the Mansion behind some mushrooms with whatever attacks you have. This won’t work if you don’t have enough Observation Haki v1 XP.

On Floating Turtle Island there is also the NPC Hungry Man. On the island there are houses that look like giant oranges hanging on big trees. Inside one of them is the Hungry Man NPC. He won’t talk to you unless you have enough Observation Haki v1 XP. Hungry Man will give you a mission to sail around and find 3 fruits for him to eat: an apple, a banana, and a pineapple.

From the structure where you found the Hungry Man NPC, jump to the giant wall bordering the island and walk across it until you come across the giant tower with the tree on it. Banana found under a tree on one of the small islands surrounding Big Tree Island. This small island is found near the harbor.
Pineapple found next to some crates on Port Island. The crates next to it are next to a building near the edge of the island, across from the dock.

Once you have found all the fruit, Hungry Man will ask you to put it in a bowl. Return to the Citizen NPC with the Musketeer’s Hat equipped and the Citizen will give you a bowl. Bring this bowl back to Hungry Man to upgrade your Observation Haki v1 to Observation Haki v2 for 5,000,000 Money.
