To begin the unlocking process, you’ll first need to talk to NPC Naoya, who can be found right in the game’s main lobby area. However, before the NPC will let you begin the quest chain, there are a few important requirements you must meet.

Reach at least level 25
Have a minimum of 2.5 million gold
