How to get all cloaks in Minecraft Dungeons 2

Minecraft Dungeons 2 coming soon, bringing more bold fun experiences, including capes. Here’s how to have it all cloak in the game Minecraft Dungeons 2.

Mojang has released a guide to cloaks and decorative items for Minecraft Dungeons II, confirming the presence of five cloak models included with the post-game. Hero Cape and Twisted Cape will be unlocked for both Java and Bedrock versions. Meanwhile, the Soul Cape, Corrupted Creeper Cape and Special Cape are decorative items exclusive to Minecraft Dungeons II — you can only wear them in this game.

Making this distinction will help you decide whether they are worth the money or not.

How to get a cloak in Minecraft Dungeons 2

Hero Cape (Hero Cape)

The Hero Cape is perhaps the most luxurious of Minecraft Dungeons 2’s capes. Whether it’s because of the red and gold details or because it appeared in the original Minecraft Dungeons, this cape definitely deserves a spot in your collection.

Here’s how to own Hero Cape:

• Play the original Minecraft Dungeons and start Minecraft Dungeons 2 once it’s released.
• Use the same Microsoft account for the next part, and you will be able to unlock this cloak.

Twisted Cape

Twisted Cape has a somewhat darker style with a rib-shaped design on a dark blue background. Although it seems a bit creepy, you may like to equip this cloak when sweeping the rooms in the Deep Dark area of Minecraft Dungeons 2.

Here’s how to get it:

1. Pre-order Minecraft Dungeons 2 before the game launches.
2. Launch the game on September 29, 2026 or later to receive Twisted Cape in-game.

Soul Cape

The Soul Cape is a premium decorative item included with the Deluxe Edition of Minecraft Dungeons 2. The shirt has a dark blue background, but a glowing Soul image covers much of the center of the shirt.

Owning this cloak is quite easy. You just need to follow these steps:

• Buy the Deluxe Edition of Minecraft Dungeons 2 and start the game once it launches. Owning this exclusive content pack will reward you with the Soul Cape, along with future DLC, hero skins, the Blub pet, and more.

Corrupted Creeper Cloak

The Corrupted Creeper cape must be a familiar image to both Minecraft players and those who do not play this game, especially if you have seen the Minecraft Movie. While the cape was initially released as a token code at the live Xbox Gamescom event, a campaign on Gleam later gave the code away for free to the first 1 million players before ending early.

Luckily, Mojang has brought back this reward through a limited-time livestream viewing quest, and you can get the cape by doing the following:

• Watch any eligible Minecraft livestream tagged ‘Drops Enabled’ on Twitch.
• In addition, you can also watch Minecraft livestreams with the Game Rewards feature enabled on TikTok.
• However, you must complete one of the two tasks mentioned above between September 21 and 26, 2026.
• Once you’ve completed your watch time requirement, you can check the rewards section to get your cape code.
• When the game officially launches, you can enter the code to get the Corrupted Creeper cloak in Minecraft Dungeons 2.

Special Cape

The Special Cape remains one of the most mysterious decorative items among the announced cape models for Minecraft Dungeons 2. Although Mojang has confirmed its existence, details on how to obtain this item have not been specifically explained.

This Special cloak has a deep blue background typical of the Deep Dark biome, combined with golden and light blue outlines. Currently, players need to wait for further announcements from Mojang.
