- Find the door to the tower and climb up using the ladder inside. The player must climb through 4 ladders to reach the top and meet NPC Dragon Talon Sage.
If you haven’t unlocked Third Sea, you can find the Dragon Talon Sage NPC there Middle Town (Main World) or shop Cafe at Kingdom of Rose, will occasionally appear in these locations.
