Instructions for downloading & installing Where Winds Meet
After downloading the launcher, open the file to begin installation. If the file does not appear automatically, you can press the button Downloads in the upper right corner of the browser to find the file you just downloaded.
Recommendation from the publisher:
- You should install the game SSD drive for the smoothest experience.
- Launcher installation path Only English or system language is allowed (for example, if your device is in Japanese, use Japanese or English). Using other languages will cause errors.
- If the machine does not meet the minimum configuration, the system will does not allow installation.
- The publisher is continuously optimizing the game, configuration may change in the future.

Special note about laptops: Hardware requirements on laptop significantly higher compared to PC for stable performance. In fact, the minimum laptop level is almost equal to the recommended configuration of a desktop PC.

Common Where Winds Meet FAQs
- I played the test before, can I use the old launcher again? → No, please completely uninstall the old launcher and download the new version to avoid errors.
- Click launcher not responding? → Try running the .exe file directly in the game folder. If it still doesn’t work, reinstall the launcher.
- Error “This version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you’re running” → Your device does not have the minimum configuration or the operating system is not compatible. Please check the requirements table above.
