Bloober Team is preparing to announce many new game projects in 2026 – Game News
Bloober Team said the company will officially announce many game projects in development in 2026, marking an exciting media period for this studio specializing in the horror game series.
The information was shared by CEO Piotr Babieno in an interview with the site Inwestycje.pl. According to Babieno, the company plans to appear at many major gaming industry events this year to gradually reveal new projects that have been developed in recent times.
He said 2026 will be a “very busy” year for Bloober Team in terms of communications. The studio plans to announce information about new projects, and share more about existing brands, as well as the activities of member companies in the group.
All important information will be published through official reports, industry events and marketing campaigns of each project.
Bloober Team is currently operating two main development teams, simultaneously working on two large-scale horror games. In addition, the studio also has a secondary production collaboration called Broken Mirror Games, which is in charge of developing an exclusive project for Nintendo, codenamed Project M.
Babieno said the development team worked on it Cronos: The New Dawn is currently in pre-production for a new project codenamed Project H. Meanwhile, the majority of the project’s production team Cronos is also supporting the completion process for a number of projects in the company’s “second-party” segment.
According to Bloober Team’s CEO, the creative side of the team is focusing on pre-production for this brand new project. Once the preparation phase is complete, the development team will gradually move into full production. Babieno also revealed Project H is expected to be the most ambitious project the team has ever undertaken, and has the greatest commercial potential of any of their games.
However, Bloober Team also clarified that Project H will not be among the projects announced this year. It was initially reported that the game would be introduced in 2026, but the studio later confirmed the project is not yet ready to be revealed.
Besides new projects, Bloober Team also just announced Layers of Fear 3 last month. According to Babieno, the sequel to this horror franchise will not be developed directly by Bloober’s “in-house” (first-party) teams. Instead, the game will be handled by a partner studio, with significant support from the brand’s creators at Bloober Team.
Although not directly mentioned in the latest report, Bloober Team previously confirmed that they are working with Konami to make a “remake” of the game. Silent Hill. This project was implemented after the success of the remake Silent Hill 2and many capabilities are being developed by the same team that worked on this version.
For the project Project M exclusive to Nintendo, Babieno said the game has undergone a number of organizational changes, including adjustments to the development team. However, he affirmed that the studio is currently satisfied with the project’s development direction.
In a previous interview late last year, Babieno revealed Project M will be a title that can appeal to fans of games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Limbo and Eternal Darkness.
He also said that the game will have gameplay designed in a way that “can only exist on Nintendo hardware”, although currently Bloober Team has not revealed the specific platform on which the project will be released.
