ASUS just officially introduced a new two-screen AI laptop model called ASUS Zenbook DUO (2026) in the Vietnamese market.

This is not only a simple configuration upgrade, but also a major improvement in design, durability and practical usage experience for the company’s two-screen laptop line.

+ More compact design, two screens more seamless

The most notable change above ASUS Zenbook DUO (2026) located in the new hidden hinge, helps narrow the distance between the two screens from about 26 mm to only about 7.66 mm. Thanks to that, the feeling of using two screens becomes significantly more seamless and natural instead of being “split in half” like many previous generations.

The screen border is also made thinner, while the overall device is streamlined by about 5% but still retains the structure of two OLED screens of equivalent size. The machine supports 180-degree flat opening to serve many different working styles.

The entire body uses Ceraluminum™ material with higher hardness than traditional anodized aluminum but about 30% lighter, while increasing scratch and impact resistance.

+ Focus on durability for daily travel needs

ASUS said it has heavily upgraded the mechanical part to make the device durable enough for long-term use in a mobile work environment.

The hinge and base have been tested over 40,000 times of opening and closing, and the removable keyboard and “docking” system have a durability of about 1 million connections. The connection ports are also tested for approximately 10,000 uses.

The device still maintains all popular connection ports including Thunderbolt 4, USB-A and HDMI without needing to rely on a conversion hub.

+ Larger battery, optimized for dual-screen multitasking

One of the biggest problems with dual-screen laptops is “battery life”. On the new version, ASUS increased the battery capacity to 99Wh, significantly higher than the previous generation.

According to the company’s announcement, the device can operate for about 12 hours with two screens in tasks such as web browsing and up to about 32 hours of video playback in single-screen mode.

The included 100W USB-C charger supports fast charging of about 60% of the battery in 49 minutes.

+ AI and multitasking performance have been greatly upgraded

ASUS Zenbook DUO (2026) equipped with microprocessor Intel Core Ultra X9 388H or Ultra X7 358H belongs to the Series 3 line, comes with a new generation Intel Arc Graphics integrated GPU.

According to ASUS, multitasking performance increased by about 26%, graphics performance increased by about 112%, while AI processing capabilities were improved by up to 203%, reaching a total of about 180 TOPS to serve Copilot+ PC features on Windows.

The cooling system has also been upgraded with a 97-blade fan and an air intake system about 3 times larger to maintain a power level of 45W for a long time.
