Weather changes in Garden Horizons are directly related to the Seed Shop’s restocking cycle. Every five minutes, when Seed Shop refreshes its inventory, the weather is likely to change. However, the addition of aviation ensures a new weather event will begin.
If there is no weather event going on when the store is restocked, the world in Garden Horizons may not have rain. If it is currently raining, it can easily continue for another five-minute cycle after restocking. The system is random, so there is no way to predict or force a particular type of weather.
Each weather event lasts exactly five minutes, coinciding with the Seed Shop timer. You can follow the store’s countdown to know when the next weather change will occur. This makes it easy to plan your crops based on periods of favorable weather — if you see a Storm, you have about five minutes to take advantage of the +50% growth and chance of getting a Shock mutation.
